When Can You Get a Refund?

How to Request a Refund

- Send the Product Back: If your refund request is approved, we will provide a return address. You will need to send the product back (return shipping costs may apply).
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the product, our team will check it and inform you if your refund is approved.
- Receive Your Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
